Flicking With A Flashlight Is Impossible As Of 6.0.0

Platform: PC [STEAM]

Description: When blinding a killer (specifically during a flashlight saves) if you "flick" (release the flashlight button briefly to adjust the time you get the blind) it won't let you start using the flashlight again (at least again fast enough to let you get a blind).

Steps To Reproduce: 1: Start to blind the killer, 2: Release the item button (M2 in my case), 3: Press the item button again extremely quickly

How often does this occur? Every time I've attempted to flick during a flashlight save.
