Question regarding the upcoming Shrine of Secrets change
As the devs stated in the 6th anniversary livestream, the Shrine of Secrets will be reworked to allow you to buy the available perks at any level to unlock on all of your killers/survivors.
My question about this is what happens if I already have a perk offered unlocked, but not on all of my characters? Will I still be able to purchase it to unlock it on all of my characters or will purchasing it simply award bloodpoints like before? Will I get a discount for already having unlocked the perk as a teachable?
