Unable to pick up on certain area in haddonfield

Upon downing a survivor on the narrow pathway between the multi split small hedge and the house near the edge of the map, I was unable to pick up the survivor when they were in the passageway. I was playing Trickster, I am on Xbox Series S and the downed survivor was a Claudette.
