Locker Pull Out Bug

Step 1: Boot up game on PC.

Step 2: Played Doctor in public match

Step 3: In game grab survivor meg from locker on Auto Haven Wrecker's.

Step 4: When trying to pull Meg out of the locker as Doctor the animation was bugged. The locker does not open as Doctor grabs but you hear the sound. Instead Meg looks as if she steps out and makes the closing movement but still locker does not open/move. Meg moves a few feet and Doctor hits her down.

Additional information: Perks used were Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance tier 3, Lethal Pursuer tier 3, Iron Maiden tier 1 and Surge tier 3. It was the first time that I have had the issue. I do not have my logs as this is the first report I am making.
