Is oppresion supposed to show you when its on cool down?

i bought opression from the shrine and i threw it on spirit after i bought her but i get no feedback that its active when i kick a gen. No flash animation like with jolt or ruin and the perk doesnt show the cooldown timer.


Am i using the perk wrong, is it not working or does it not give you feedback?

    This sounds like a bug as you're supposed to see the explosion sound auras of the other generators effected.

    Also it should show you the cooldown like how Surge JOLT does.

    So it sounds like it was bugged and wasn't going off at all.

    hm ok. Its been 3 games in a row then that it has not worked =(

    ill try another time or 2 before i remove it for wasting a perk slot

    ok so i have played a few more games and the perk isnt triggering at all. Is there any way to fix this? that seems kinda problematic
