are offerings gonna be reduced on the new bloodweb?

I play killer and offerings are a waste of BPs for me, because I never use them. I was checking the bloodweb on a lvl 50 killer and 50% of bloodweb items are offerings.

26 items bloodweb = 15% perk, 35% addons, and 50% offerings. devs should increase the addons %, and decrease the offerings %.
