Just wanted to shout out to whoever designed these 2 outfits
Nea's Stockholm Art Fest and Graff-Crafter.
G-C has been my favorite outfit since its release but SAF gives it a run for its money. I'm not a Nea main but these two outfits have made me put some serious hours into playing her. They are very similar to each other so idk if they same person/people designed both or if SAF was simply inspired by the other. Either way, great job. There are a ton of great outfits in this game (Yun-Jin's Fire Moon Mourner and Kate's Lyrical Goddess get honorable mentions here), so whoever was the creator of these two, keep up the great work!
