Heh you see what I did there.

But for real this killer is laughably bad but also really fun so I hope she gets some cool buffs to make condemned actually mean something and buffs to flickers.

    I've been saying for a while that when the onryo manifests, nearby survivors should be hindered for x seconds. (x = condemned level)
