Yeah, I thought the guy running Overwatch was bad and out of touch, but the moment he made that hockey analogy to an asymmetrical game, I was like: Congratulations! You now made Blizzard Team 4 not look like the worst team out there. Didn't think it was possible, but you did it again Behavior!
As to the OP: BHVR can't do MMR matchmaking. That's obvious at this stage to everyone except them.
