I don't play DBD very often anymore but I was just in a match where something happened I don't ever remember happening before. The killer in this match was a Legion. He would be carrying one survivor on his shoulder and still able to run fast enough to catch other healthy survivors while they were running. This happened multiple times.

Is there a new killer perk or ability that allows this? Was this person cheating? Or is my memory just so bad that this has always happened and I don't remember it?

    The perk Agitation increases the killer’s speed while carrying to the point where they can catch survivors who are running. Been in the game since day 1.
