Locker bug
Yesterday I found a bug that if you are entering and leaving the locker multiple times, it could happen that the option to leave the locker is missing. I was stuck inside a locker and I was only available to leave when a friend playing another survivor tried to enter the locker. Btw, I was doing this in the endgame to catch the killer's attention because she was facecamping.
I was playing as Nea at Grim Pantry and this happened in one of shack's locker.
