EDIT: I just got the second cut scene. and i got the charm!

For context, I brought the DLC on April 20th. I am an Xbox user. I play dead by daylight daily. I watched the starting cut scene fully until you get the press a button to start playing screen but still no second cut scene, for me to get the wrathful well charm. I've just updated my dead by daylight version 5.7.0. I played both the killer and survivor. I've checked my charm section to see if it's hidden in there and it's not.
