Legion mixtapes need to be switched with better addon effects
The new Legion chase music tracks are absolute bangers, however 3 out of 5 of them are locked behind relatively weak addons, which means that in order to listen to the new track layers you have to bring said useless addons, meaning that the new chase tracks will be extremely rare.
I think that the easiest solution would be to simply switch some of these mixtapes effects with the more useful addons of the same rarity, meaning that the new tracks will be more common and won't require Legion players to intentionally play weaker builds just so that they can bring the cooler chase tracks.
I think that, considering the best addon for each tier, this should be the list of edits (Without taking into account that the art for these addons might not make sense, but at least the music, which has a bigger presence in gameplay, would be used way more): Julie's mixtape should be switched with Mural Sketch, Joey's mixtape should be switched with the Stylish Sunglasses, and Frank's mixtape should be switched with the Filthy blade.
I will make a lengthier explanation for these swaps in the first reply as to not clutter the main post, let me know what you think!

1) Julie's mixtape, which allows you to break walls 30% faster but pause your frenzy duration during the breaking animation (...when you could just vault the window during the Frenzy...), is a very niche addon that would rarely be helpful in a chase. Meanwhile, the Mural sketch is a much more useful addon for the same rarity. The switch is a no brainer in this instance
2) Joey's mixtape is also a relatively niche addon. While hemorrage will definetely be more useful after the change, this addon ties it to a survivor having to self mend. Besides, hemorrage isn't going to do you a whole lot of good as a Legion: if you switch targets, a survivor will be able to just heal back up within 32 seconds of mending in the best case scenario; if you continue pursuing the same survivor, they will be in danger of a normal M1 anyway, and would not be able to heal in your face, unless they use a syringe, which negates hemorrage anyway. This doesn't really give you any advantage, however, IF you even manage to interrupt a survivor you left behind before they're done healing, you could at most waste 31 seconds of their time (If they were healing with self care or a boon, if they were using a medkit, you'll only have wasted so little of their time that this addon becomes basically negligible). Meanwhile, The Legion Pin's effect, which applies the Broken status effect for 60 seconds after a survivor mends themselves, is arguably a much more useful addon with a relatively similar effect that could easily be switched up: given that a survivor mends themselves and even activates the broken effect, you will be assured to have another 60 seconds to win your current chase and go back to the broken survivor to down them aswell.
To be fair, both of these addons are decent at best, considering how little time it takes for a Legion to injure a survivor, but the Legion Pin's is a bit better, in my opinion.
However, I think that the Stylish Sunglasses would be the better candidate for another very useful effect. Considering that information is key in DBD, knowing where you can chain the next Frenzy attack before they're done mending or you move too far looking for another person, can make the much sought after 5th hit way more common. Personally, I think that this should be the effect for Joey's mixtape, considering that it would even have good synergies with other mixtapes and would allow for a more aggressive Frenzy.
3) Finally, Frank's mixtape... Why is it even a purple? Temporary Brutal Strength is neat on paper, but considering that to even benefit from it you'd have to kick a generator (during Frenzy nonetheless), this mixtape will just be another extremely niche addon that won't see much use. This said without even mentioning how kicking generators is currently one of the most useless things you can do as a killer without making a build around it.
Honestly, I don't know which of the purple addons could be switched up with this one considering that the names and art wouldn't fit in this case, but I think Filthy Blade's could be a good candidate for a useful effect on a mixtape addon, considering that 4 extra seconds of mending for each stab would quickly build up a decent slowdown during an entire match.
