Did the Devs even think about compensating after that nerf like idk changing the radius of boons back to its original radius.

CoH is not dead. It is not "OP" anymore, true. But it is not dead perk.
It is still faster than Self-Care and free heal area for your all team.
CoH barely got nicked in the heal department. It got nicked in the placement department. You can't just drop it willy-nilly anymore and not waste that much time
