2 kills no pip i got 8 hooks total? I played it good no pip? Never camped what am i doing wrong

I had a game the other day killed 3 survivors no pip? I can only play the game by what i can do in the match and emblems say no? Any one else have that happen you controlled the game and won and no pip i iwant the pips for the blood points
