Why is Eyre of Crows as killer so laggy

My game does a freeze about every 20 seconds or so on that map. and last about 5-10 seconds each time

ive never been able to get a kill on that map because it does a freeze like that

its happened every time i play as killer on that map.

BUT NEVER WHEN I PLAY SURVIVOR

does anyone else have this problem?
