Nodding flipped the cheat switch.
Only just started using shadowplay.
Had a few people I suspected but no real evidence as it was very subtle.
Had a pair of teabag/clickers.
I thought they moved fast but I mindgamed them too much.
Started nodding when I downed them and bam they did a speed crawl.
Killers should do this if they are toxic or you suspect them.
It might work at making them blatant.
