Do The Blight's Foxglove and Canker Thorn do the same ?
When reading those descriptions one would think they do the same, yet they're worded differently, so a simple question, are they both fatigue addons and it's just another case of bhvr's inconsistency in descriptions, or is there a difference in effect ?
