I just want to acknowledge something they are doing right.

I've noticed more cosmetics coming out. And that is awesome, in it's own right. But you are also allowing them to be bought with shards, which can be earned in game.

Many (if not most) other companies would be charging us real money for these cosmetics.

I just wanted to say, keep it up. I think it helps some of us pay for the new chapters, knowing we have some sort of progression to work for.
