Survivor Perk Build causes crashes?

As the title says above, a survivor shared with me in the chat that their perk build is the reason that other's crash besides killer and themselves.

I should've taken a snapshot of the player that abused this knowledge since they know about this exploit and shared it with others. But at the same time without them, I wouldn't have shared it with everyone else. Excuse me and my short sightedness but I hope this helps the developers.
