New killer - The path of fear
I have an Idea for a new killer is Annabelle, She is going to be the difficultly of Hard. She will be a ghost but her doll when near the survivor she is tracking the doll will move towards the survivor. But when attacks will become the Nun Valak. Her perks will have to be up to you but, cannot be overpowered. But, the power would be called “ to be named by the devs” and would be Annabelle would portray as one of the survivors lost family members and would act like them and when close enough could attack. On that note, the survivor could break free from the illusion. That power can only be used(killer) per one generator completion.

You need to flesh the concept out a little more. What is the killer's power? What weapon does the killer use? What are the killer's perks?
