What would you think of activation/exhaustion-style perks for killers?

Personally I think its boring how killers have no form of a pebble/deadheard kinda perk. These are some quick ones that came to mind so they are incredibly unbalanced. They are also a bit of a mesh of my idea for killer version of exhaustion (the name I was thinking of was exertion) hence the whole bonus cooldowns in chase (ideally all these perks have a orange entity partical effect burst on use to show one of them has been used so they are less frustrating to go against)

Unyielding: MUCH shorter pallet stuns(Is 80% too strong?) but it is only active for 3/4/5 seconds and then has a cooldown of 10 seconds that takes twice as long to recharge in chase(I also thought of 30 seconds thats double in chase but sucessfully shortening a stun instantly gives the cooldown back but then it feels like a straight upgrade to enduring if you are good enough). The whole idea is basically just knowing when the survivor is going to actually stun you or do another loop.

A rework for Soup The Grass: For the next 3/4/5 seconds youre lunge is empowered with 100% extra range and 50% extra speed after using this the perk goes on cooldown for 30 seconds, doubled in chase

Closing In: For 3/4/5 seconds you gain a burst of 4/4.5/5% extra movement speed. This effect then goes on cooldown for 30 seconds, Doubled in chase.

Cutting Room Floor(If someone wants to make a filmaker/actor killer) For the next 3/4/5 seconds missed attacks have a 90% reduced cooldown. This perk has a cooldown of 30 seconds, doubled in chase.
