Would a killer design contest work?
Watched rapidmains idea on this and i know the devs have taken ideas from the community in the past when it comes to balance changes for current killers. And a rumor for perks as well as the original stbfl was a fan suggestion? But i never thought of bhvr saying "okay non-licensed chapter and we will take the most voted and make it a killer". Like rapidmain said it might drive up community engagement. I'm just wondering if its a popular idea.

I actually asked this very question in a dev Q&A stream and they answered that they won’t do this.
i guess at least they are making those cosmetic contests and factoring in community feedback and suggestion for balancing etc.
