Cannibal loses Bubba's Chainsaw Revving Sound in Chase

Cannibal in game was using Carb Tuning Guide and the Purple Muffler Addon (See Survivors when Revving 8m); In Chase, I could NOT hear the Chainsaw being revved and activated until the sprint began. My teammate, who was playing with me, COULD hear the chainsaw being revved while I was in chase (Global sound was working).
Killer Perks: Dying Light, Pop Goes the Weasel, Enduring, Spirit Fury
Map: Auto Haven (With Large Main Building (Mechanic's Shop?) [NOT Gas Station])
In every chase, I was unable to hear when the Killer was activating the Chainsaw and Revving it.

I've had this happen sporadically for quite a while. I'm not sure if it's linked to specific add ons or just random.
