Funny how the 16:9 lock has always been in the game
Recently they've released a PTB which forces everyone to own a 16:9 moniter, thing which has been requested by everyone for ages.
The funny part is that that "feature" has been in the game for ages too. The moment the game starts, whenever you get 2nd hook state and whenever you get mori'd, the black bars appear no matter which version of the game you're playing. You can try yourself in the current live servers with your 16:10 moniter.
The black bars were only missing during gameplay, idk maybe it wasn't enough of an issue.
My only concern if this can be easily bypassed just like custom perk icons?
