Ranks randomly reset (PC)

Description: Last night (2/3) my survivor rank was Iri IV and my killer rank was Iri 1. When I logged in just now, both of my ranks have been reset to ash IV

I can provide my steam ID upon request

Edit: this seems to be a visual bug. I played one killer game and now my rank is accurately represented again
