I played 7 games today since the mid chapter update dropped fresh and three of those games i barely heard anything else other than "the box, you opened it" and "you summoned me". The other four games I heard like 1 pickup line and 1 hook line from pinhead, and then after nothing. Am I missing something?

Probably a good thing they made it this way. On PTB the voice lines were overlapping due to so many proc at once.

They are infrequent. I think this is so it does not get annoying. He always has lines for teleporting, however.

Damn, it feels too infrequent. I've played many games in the past such as Team Fortress 2 and Overwatch, each character has voicelines for different occasions, but they weren't that infrequent to Pinhead's voicelines.
