I thought they adjusted that, while attempting to solve the box, you won't be attacked by the chains? Apparently not, just had a match where I could not breath for half a second into trying to solve it before yet another chain would attack me. Of course coupled with longer solving time add-on. No wonder so many survivors DC/just give up against Pinhead.

    DCing is selfish.

    Anyways, during Chain Hunt while solving, it spawns 3 chains at a time 3 times, and then there is a 12 second break. Break the chains manually (ie, not off environment) for those first 3 times, and then solve during the break.
