sound bugs with nemesis and wraith?

i keep hearing the vaccine bug when im playing survivor vs nemesis it keeps making a noise even when i cure myself its really annoying

also bug with wraith i chased a survivor hooked them went into stealth mode as wraith and the chase music was still playing? and this chase music was playing for 20secs i couldn't hear anything gens being worked on survivors breathing, footsteps etc... and i wasn't even chasing any other survivors but the chase music was playing the whole entire time.
