Freddy Add-On Pass
Outdoor Rope: Micro-Sleep protection & Micro-Sleep duration times will be smaller. (Micro-Sleep duration: 40 Seconds, Micro-Sleep protection: 20 Seconds)
Cat Block: The Auras of Breakable Walls, Pallets and Windows are revealed to you within 20 metres.
Jump Rope: Increases the Hindered Penalty from snares by an additional 5%.
Swing Chains: Survivor will scream and reveal their location for 2 seconds to you after they fall asleep.
"Z" Block: Increases the Action speed of breaking Pallets, Breakable Walls and damaging Generators by 20%.
Black Box: The Auras of sleeping Survivors are revealed to you for 4 seconds for once every 60 seconds.

I don't really enjoy the trend of putting whole Perk effects on add-ons, especially if the Perk doesn't even belong to said Killer. I think it would be cooler if, for example, "Z" Block increased all action speeds (similary to Fire Up) by 5% for every survivor asleep up to a maximum of 20%.
Considering how dream pallets are a thing and can replace dream snares it'd be pretty cool if they gave Freddy addons that replaced his dream projection with the old one with each addon increasing it's effective range. That way if you want you can give up generator teleports for the ability to manually put people to sleep at the cost of maybe longer micro-sleep or something.
Jump rope would definitely be a nice add on and one of his best.
Instead of putting so much work into add-ons, Freddy needs to go back to more of what he used to be. He didn't need a major rework. The dream world is what gives him his power, and the fact that the only thing he's capable of doing is throwing down a snare OR a pallet (why not both?) is really disappointing. And don't even get me started on the fact that survivors can now see him when they're awake.
