Can we fix Second-Wind/Renewal already!
constantly getting a full heal leaves me with a sliver to activate it. 1 full heal my butt. I need a full heal and some of a second heal. there's been so many times where this has made it so I get no value out of it.
Please fix it.

Yeah, I've recently noticed that. I don't know why it doesn't count a full heal.
Just buff Renewal to activate on a finished heal, BHVR. Please. It'd be such a nice buff that would make using it so much less aggravating.
