Yes they did with last patch. Also not only to PC players, but to all players on consoles as well

Well according to the devs there aren't going to be exclusive cosmetics even if you bought their crappy game that lasted 2 months and also JK there are still exclusive cosmetics we just aren't going to tell you which ones will be exclusive or not.
