I currently have the game on pc via xbox game pass

The issue I am having is every time I log into the game it tells me "Cannot connect to online services. Please try again later."

Details: This issue is caused by the game servers being down. Please try again.

Yet I see several other people playing the game

    The person I swf with got this message when the booted up the game, restarted, and was able to play just fine. I am getting this message over and over no matter what I try. I submitted a service request about 10 min ago. I'll repot back here any progress in this regard.
