Unable to exit locker, this prevents game from being able to end as well.
I was being chased while injured, jumped in a locker for inner healing and then couldn't exit it. This also caused my Lucky Break to end around the same time I got in the locker. The killer couldn't take me out of the locker either. So they opened the exit door to start end game collapse. When the timer on end game collapse finished the game just kept going so the killer had to DC to get the game to end. I included some screenshots. Seems like the locker put me in some kind of limbo that made me invulnerable to end game collapse. Notice there's no spacebar at the bottom of the screen indicating that pressing will let me exit the locker.
