PS4- Massive lag spikes/ frame drops whenever a survivor is unhooked

Step 1 : Boot the game

Step 2 : Play as killer in a public match

Step 3 : In-game, hook a survivor, initiate another chase afterwards

Step 4 : Notice the game freeze and end up in a completely different spot than when the game froze

• Plague mostly. Happened with clown and Demo as well.
• Corrupt intervention, Tinkerer are the only 2 consistent perk. The other two change but it still happens.
• Any
• Happens pretty much any time a survivor is unhooked.
