Great idea! But there needs to be a way to get tiers of investigation back. Losing parts of your power permanently is a recipe for disaster.
Also, the addon format is incorrect. The correct format is:
4 Common
5 Uncommon
5 Rare
4 Very Rare
2 Ultra Rare
