Yes probably. Kinda rng dependent but get like 80% of 1 skill check would be too good
Maybe? I mean it would be way easier to get stacks, but then you're using half your perk slots. Might as well use Circle of Healing instead.
You would be able to heal yourself mid-chase too easily.
