Polygons on face bug

I have been playing on Xbox Series X and I have noticed polygons on the faces of Ash and Steve, and on his scoops ahoy hat (these are the only characters I have played).

I have noticed it in all games on all maps.

UPDATE: I can see the polygons all over the body, they are just more prevalent on the face
