Is this bug known?
So i downed a surv on the meyers map and the surv crawled with his head into the white fence and then o couldn't pick him up.

Yeah there are spots where you can't pick up survivors. I saw one where a Survivor just crawled into the killer basement stairs and just stayed there. It's a known bug and the only saving grace is not a lot of people know about it yet anyway
