While calm spirit does supress your screams, the doctor will still be able to see the bubble. so, does infectious fright show the bubble as well if calm spirit is in use?

Calm Spirit should suppress the bubbles caused by both Infectious Fright and Doctor.
Calm Spirit does not prevent Doctor from increasing your Madness by shocking you nor does it prevent the Discipline addon from revealing your aura when your madness tiers up.
Oh cool, thanks. a lot of the killers in my games are paranoid as hell and its kinda hard to position yourself with flashlight saving with infectious.
