Vertical head movement missing.

Issue: You can no longer move your characters head vertically/up&down while running or crouching.

Late bug report but this seemed to come with the new animations for survivors in the 4.X patches. The new animations seem to have a fixed Y coordinate for your head unless you are standing idle. Prevents hiding your head under loops, and general fun with the mechanic that's been there since 2016.
