BT is must have
DH / Sprint Burst too
Then you have two free slots, but most meta is probably DS + Unbreakable
I play Jeff so Iron will is must have. I play CoH with it now, because it's broken imo.
The meta is usually focused on exhaustion perks like Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, Iron Will, Dead Hard and Borrowed time.
The other perks can be Spine Chill, Unbreakable, Decisive Strike.
