Midwich map visual and audio bug

I don't know if anyone else experience this but had a killer game where I was about to carry a survivor to a hook and then for some reason my TV screen went blank and start flashing. I thought I had to unplug my TV since I play on a ps4 but didn't thankful. I also experience a gen popped sound bug that had no sound to it.
