Blight Visual/Gameplay bug

For some reason whenever I got pallet stunned, I got the "rushing" screen effect not go away until I rushed and failed to ricochet off of anything.
in addition, the pallet stun also overrode the injection stun for the duration of the glitch (meaning I never got stunned after running out of tokens, they just started recharging)
I had it happen every time I got stunned.
