Boon totems who?
Here's some builds that I found that help with boon totems a bit, give you a bit more power as killer when facing them, while still giving you the ability to slow down games a bit. These are in no way a catch all, or a way to be OP or counter all perks and builds. It's mainly focused around having a bit of power against boons. There will be some that have some of the same perks, and these will work on most killers.
1. Corrupt, pop, spies, and sloppy.
This is one of the ones I use the most. Gives you a good slowdown early with gen regression throughout the entire match. Spies gives a lot of value against shadow step and let's you continue chases you might've lost before. Sloppy is the one perk I switch out depending on my mood. It offers a little slowdown, but nothing that would be missed to much if you wanted to experiment with other perks.
2. Fast start build
Lethal Pursuer, bloodhound, Tinkerer, and surge.
Lethal allows you to find your first chase quick, and possibly catch someone trying to bless a turn. Bloodhound let's you continue that chase by easily following the survivor After your first hit even if they run to their boon. Tinker for that extra info throughout the game and the ability to sneak up and the surge to screw up their progress. This can be a fast build and require a bit of aggression on your part to snowball them into this constant healing state.
3. Ruthless aggression
Lethal Pursuer, undying, haunted grounds, spies.
This build is for playing like normal until your first haunted grounds pops, and then going very aggressive and getting as many people down as possible in that time frame. This build is great on fast killers that can cause a lot of damage in a short time like wraith or nurse. You can also switch out lethal for NOED if you think the match will get to the endgame. This will give you tons of pressure quickly, and keep it going throughout the match at the cost of gen regression.
4. No one gets out alive
No way out, remember me, blood warden, NOED.
This is just a normal full endgame build. Play like normally, try and get at least one person out. Then if you get to endgame, you're going to get a massive power spike and it'll be really difficult for only 3 survivors to deal with it. I found that boons lose a lot of their value during endgame when everyone is scrambling for the escape. Use that time to punish mistakes.

Damn, those builds are bad for normal game....
Problem is that you don't know, if you are going to play against them or how many.
If you guess wrong, you have useless build. It's better to have some generic good build and tunnel someone whenever you heal boon activated.
Not really, I run pop with corrupt anyways because I like having perks that last the whole match instead of perks that can be destroyed completely. Spies is just an information perk that gives a lot of power, but was just overshadowed by perks that show actual auras.
In fact all of these perks were perks that were run in normal builds before except bloodhound. It's the only one that I wouldn't really use if not for Shadow step. Everything else is pretty much normal. But even if they're not running boons, each build offers a different style of play. And if you play in that style, it's going to offer value even when but against boons.
It's just not a ruin, undying, corrupt, pop build.
