Blessed HUD overlay stuck after perk owner DCed

Description: I was healing myself using someone else's Boon: Circle of Healing, when that survivor disconnected. My survivor stopped healing, but the blue HUD overlay remained for the rest of the trial, nothing would get rid of it.
