Glitching at unhook and other

On PS4 and since the Halloween update (not the most recent update) the flowing has been happening:

· Stuck when I get unhooked

• resolves if someone goes for a heal or when downed again by killer
• Happens every match at least once mostly on first hook

· Stuck when unhooking other players

• Has disconnected me when this has happened
• Happens often but not as much as when I'm getting unhooked.

· When using blood points screen freezes

• Happens often doesn't usually resolve so forced to close game
