Survivor Figure Charms

I know they said most of the charms would not come back, but I am wondering if they are ever going to return some of the figurine survivor charms? I joined DBD recently and I was wondering if there is even a chance it will return for players who could not play that rift.

    I'm pretty sure charms will stay exclusive forever, since there is no "charm" store in the game. Unless the greed of the devs gets in the way and they create a section where you can buy charms.
