PS4 - Sounds localisation is bugged

Booted the game for the event after a long break. I'm using a high quality headset with 7.1, but i'm having major issues with sound localisation. There is no way to tell from where sounds are coming from, and the game is just unplayable like this.
Example : i have a generator behind me that is being repaired, i hear it as it was right in front of me.
Other example : a Wraith is uncloaking behind me with a wall between us, i will hear it as it he was in front of me.
Game is just unplayable like this.

I haven't noticed that, but I did notice that some gens don't have the sound when completed
I have noticed this as well. Sometimes I will hear gens like they are next to me and I don’t know which one they are on.
