Bugged Totem spawn on The Game

DoctorHam

Unsure if it's an issue with Pyramid Head specifically or any killer, but I found a boon totem in the upstairs area of The Game map, between two blue barrels, and I literally could not cleanse it, the prompt just didn't appear. My guess is that it's too deep between the two barrels and my character model couldn't get close enough to cause the prompt to appear.
